We’ll choose the spread that fits (Guidance, Deep-Dive, Path & Timing, Ancestor/Elder, or Land Listening), read the patterns together, and name practical next steps.
Spiritual Cleansing

Spiritual Cleansing is a consent‑based practice to reset the subtle atmosphere of a person, place, or land. We combine breath, prayer, sound, elemental offerings, and the right intention to release heaviness, invite harmony, and bless what is next. Cleansing precedes deeper work (ceremony, mentorship) and supports integration afterward.
Land Energy Clearing

Land energy clearing is a practice to refresh the subtle field of a place and restore harmony between people, land, and structures. We use breath, prayer, sound, and simple offerings to bless what is complete, anchor what is true, and welcome what is next.
Good moments to clear before/after moves or construction; after conflict or loss; before retreats/events; seasonal thresholds; when a place feels heavy, stagnant, or over‑busy.
Herbs and Tinqtures

At ILLUMAHEART FOUNDATION herbs are companions—not commodities. Explore kitchen‑table ways to make teas, tinctures, glycerites, and oils, or request members‑only advice and a custom blend aligned to your intention. We work gently with your sovereignty and the plants’ dignity.
If you’d like communal discernment, you may Ask the Council of Light: submit your intention and we’ll include it at the next Light Council Gathering, offering a brief blessing and guidance note afterward.
Operations & Sacred Systems

At ILLUMAHEART FOUNDATION • Sacred work deserves sturdy containers. Operations & Sacred Systems supports ministers, circles, and land-based offerings with clear, processes: consent-first intake, accessibility + sensitivity protocols, run-of-show checklists, aftercare emails, donation tracking, and Council of Light docketing/notes. We keep it lightweight and prayerful—only what serves—so your attention returns to people and presence. Choose an audit, a setup sprint, or ongoing stewardship. All work occurs within the private spiritual domain (PMA). We’re happy to coordinate with your bookkeeper or counsel; we do not provide legal or tax advice.
Spiritual Guidance & Counsel

At ILLUMAHEART FOUNDATION, Spiritual Guidance & Counsel is a contemplative companioning practice. We listen with you—
not over you—so you can remember what is already wise inside. Sessions may include grounding, reflective mirrors, image/ritual work, and (if requested) an oracle/tarot spread to surface patterns and timing. You’ll leave with 1–3 simple practices and a clarity note you can return to during the week.
People often come to this work during seasons of change—after a loss, in the middle of a transition, or when something no longer fits the way it once did. It can offer support around relationships that need tending, creative or vocational shifts, decisions about home or land, and the ongoing work of boundaries, ethical clarity, and service rooted in care rather than exhaustion.
Women's Circle

At ILLUMAHEART FOUNDATION we created a private sanctuary for women to remember, release, and rise together. We weave breath, gentle movement, drum/sound, journaling, and reflective listening. Each circle opens in prayer, honors the land, and closes with simple next steps you can live with. Available in person or online for members. Prefer community witness first? Kinetic/Energetic Practices

At ILLUMAHEART FOUNDATION we view the body as a temple and the nervous system as an altar. Kinetic/Energetic Practices weave movement, breath, voice, drum, and sound to release stagnation and welcome vitality. Choose from gentle shaking and grounding, breath & tone, drum‑supported rhythm, or a blended session. In person or online for members. Want communal discernment before you join? Bridge to higher Relm

At ILLUMAHEART FOUNDATION we weave breath, gentle rhythm, guided journey, and quiet listening to meet your Higher Self and benevolent allies. You’ll name a clear intention, cross an inner “bridge,” receive a symbol or message, and leave with a simple 7-day integration practice. Held within our private spiritual domain (members only).
